Small Drupal Module Job - oDesk

I am in urgent need of a Drupal guru who can help me with this job.



Current Status:



- There is a registration form on the site where a user can mark a checkbox if they want to receive emails when a specific trigger/event (project is added) happens on the site.



Specs:



- The above process needs to be changed.

- The user will have an option to select state/states (multiple) at the time of registration

- The user will have an option to select 1 or multiple project types at the time of registration

- Based on this selection, when a project is posted on the site, all the users whose state & project type selection matches with the posted project, an email will be sent to them.

- The users should be able to edit their state/states & project type selection from their member login.



This is not a long job and I am wanting it to be completed by Wednesday.
