Windows based voip dialer required - oDesk

Our company is currently using Windows XP and voip with the eyebeam softphones.



We are looking to increase productivity by installing an autodialer that will work with our existing voip provider.



We need to upload data into campaigns, disposition calls and for the dialer to filter out wrong numbers, dead numbers etc.



We also need to be able to schedule call backs and need to be able to transfer live calls internally.



I believe their are some opensource softwares available but I dont know who to install or configure them.



My budget is $150 - If you want more please do not bid.
