Deploy Joomla, database and template to web server - oDesk

I have a web server ready, and a purchased Joomla template.

I would like a developer to deploy the newest version of Joomla and install the template.



I would like the site to be prepared and appear exactly as the template, including demo information, ready to be content loaded by me. The template is shown here: http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/38151.html



Communication skills are key, as is a good oDesk history.
