Frontend developer (PSD-to-HTML, JS) - oDesk

We are a small team dealing with exciting and fun big and small projects.



We need someone who:

+ has a brain

+ is able to google

+ is willing and able to LEARN LEARN LEARN a lot

+ is passionate about clean code

+ is a good communicator and very accountable

+ has ability to create clean HTML/CSS code from PSD

+ quite sharp with plain PHP/MySQL

+ strong Wordpress experience is a BIG PLUS (coding wordpress templates from HTML pages already coded from PSD by someone else, coding plugins). We do have a lot of wordpress work.

+ Russian language is a plus



The person we're looking for is on skype at least 8 hours per day. We will need someone who we can bring a task to and will immediately be able to get to work on it. We are not looking for task monkeys. We need someone with a brain.



We would prefer someone who is very smart, is able to learn a lot and does the job pretty quick, rather than a person who does have N-yrs experience but is now accountable, slow and has hard times solving pretty basic problems.



Once you apply for the job, I will ask you for a quick estimate of time AND cost for the projects you will be doing first if I choose you.

Also, there will be a quick test job for you so I can see how good are you.



Please include your availability for the next 3 weeks. We have a LOT of projects and can give you more than 30 hours of work a week.



If you are really good and I choose you, I can give you work immediately.



We are looking at very long-term relationship.
