Web based video chat application - oDesk

We're looking for an experienced and skilled developer to help us deliver a web-based video chat application.



We are considering two options:



1) Flash based using Red5 media server

2) Silverlight based using video chat module



we need a reliable option with no reliance on licensing from 3rd party components. Should be at minimum a 1 to 1 video chat.
