We are looking for website, where people can stream webcam for their project,chat,stream own radio/tv(Example:Veetle,Justin,ustream).I dont have any domain & Hosting plan as of now however interested to buy to from Hostgator/Bigrock.

Or if you have any more cheaper plan suggest. My boss not ready to pay more so lowest bid will get the priority.
