Need an easy "Image iPhone App" quickly - oDesk

I need someone who is very experienced in coding for IOS to create a simple image app.



This application will need to be able to play around with graphics and photos.



I will give full details in a private message after I review your previous work.



Please give me the following:



1. Any design/programming you've done before on the iPhone.



2. Links to your previous applications in the iTunes App Store.



3. An ETA on how quick this simple app could be completed.



Looking for someone can do both code work and UI design.
