Custom Wordpress Site - oDesk

I need a custom wordpress site for my company in the education industry. The website will be somewhat simple with several pages and some images, however strong knowledge of wordpress is required.



We want the site to be:

1. Fresh clean look, easy navigation, logical flow, user friendly, high quality (I have existing websites for reference regarding visual look)

2. Site will be in 2 languages, so need all pages logically linked to its corresponding page in the other language

3. All code must be unicode supporting 2 bites, we will need the code

4. Website should have "Contact Us" form and "Sign up" form

5. Developed using wordpress so we can easily load new content

6. Site completed by the end of July
