PSD to xHTML (1 Page) - oDesk

I'm looking for an expert in XHTML & CSS to cutup a PSD file and create W3C standard xHTML file.



Requirements:

- 1 PSD to be converted into xHTML

- The HTML needs to pass W3C tests.

- No use of tables for design, only for data.

- Text Menus with rollover background

- Feature Image needs flipping between images

- Tabbed area with switching between tabs



Apply:

- Only show show examples of sites made that have requirements listed
