Increase mangeto website speed and set cron job for amazon S3 backup - oDesk

Our magento website is currently slow, especially on Explorer. Chrome and Fire fox are ok but could be better too. We need its speed to increase.



We also have an Amazon S3 account which is already set up to back up one of our Joomla sites, so we would like our magento site to be back up too. A bucket has already been created so we just need a set up in the magento site and creation of cron job. We need this done ASAP!

Finally we need a banner to be installed on a Joomla site.
