Crowd funding website development - oDesk

We are after an experienced website developer / programmer.



In brief: build a website from scratch with similar functionality of the main crowd funding websites.



Requirements:

- in built ecommerce, with ability to receive funds through escrow

- allow users to post 'projects'

- allow bidders to contribute funds to projects



Please only reply if you or your organization has the necessary skills and experience to complete this project.



Note, graphic design can be sourced externally if need be.



Respondents need to answer the following:



- years of experience in web development

- recommended programming language to complete this project

- years of experience in recommended programming language

- number of successfully completed projects on odesk

- number of successfully completed projects on odesk using recommended programming language

- will you be performing the work or do you have a development team

- if a development team, provide a brief outline of the involvement and experience of each team membe

- provide live examples of projects completed.



Lastly, give a very high level of approximate value for this projec (price ranges acceptable)
