Custom install application - oDesk

Create a desktop application that retrieves configuration from the server, then shows HTML pages with JS API.

This application will be used as an installer. Cannot use known installer wizards (such as NSIS).

The pages should be dynamic according to the configuration.

Support XP, VISTA,WIN7.

Should not use .Net framework.
