File Sharing Tool by uttamch

Currently, we are using an Adobe Air tool for sharing files, which allows our users to upload files thru it to the server. All these files can be access at the admin back-end. We are thinking to replace it with any other tools, which will work like that... (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: Java, Perl, PHP, Python, XML)
