Joomfish help needed to add a language to an website joomla virtuemart - oDesk

I am struggling with joomfish, I encounter few problems especially with the installation document XML needed for virtuemart and PHPmyadmin.

I need to settle the whole globalisation as soon as possible, then i am looking for someone who can strat right away.

I pay 15$ per hour, not more, not less.
