joomla/godaddy - oDesk

i am looking for someone that can get me up and running quick i have a domain and hosting with godaddy but want to use joomla app. I have this, yet i seem to be getting no where fast.And waiting on help tickets is taking to long. I have an error showing when inside joomla to do with a module it cannot find. I have used Joomla, But it was set up for through diffrent hosting company. Its difficult to explain what needs fixing as i have no idea.
