Magento Expert needed to fix layout problem - oDesk

Hi,



Please refer to i-buzz.com.au/index.php and look at the header.



I cannot get the My Account| Wishlist and so forth to be lower closer to the nav bar.

Also the logo further up

Please refer to attached picture al ot easier than explaining.



I will pay a flat fee or max 2hour pay should be a simple bit of coding somewhere.

All clean easy to understand coding and CSS i just for the life of me can't figure it out
