Minor changes to great existing word press website by arborist

Hi, I have an existing wordpress website that I indeed like very much, but I need to have a simple mobile version. I also need (on my non mobile site) to have my facebook, linktin, Google +, Youtube and Twitter (which the logos are already on site) syncronized... (Budget: $80-$100 CAD, Jobs: HTML5, iPhone, jQuery / Prototype, Mobile Phone)
