MS Excel Macros - oDesk



I need to have a template created that will allow me to paste names and addresses into it, the the following can occur - either by macro or other... I'm not an expert, so need a solution. This is what needs to happen:

- One column needs text changed to Title Case

- One column needs text changed to Upper Case

- A row is to be inserted under each one I have created

- In this row, the same text is to be pasted



So the steps are:

1. I paste names and addresses

2. 1 column test changed to Title case

3. 1 column text changed to Upper case

4. I use a command and a row is inserted in between each of mine... for example between rows 2 and 3 a new row is inserted

5. In inserted row, same text is pasted on every single inserted row
