openstreet / google map iphone app - oDesk

I want an iphone application that:

- will open a openstreet map or google maps (preferred openstreet map)

- the application will find the location of the phone and will show it on the map

- the user will click on a button.. a menu will appear asking for a deskription and the location with the description will be saved in an xml file

- the user will be able to create polygons on the map with some simple tools (zoom, pan, move, draw, delete, save)

- on save the coordinates of the polygons will be saved in a xml file

- the user will have the option to send the xml files in a predefined email address.

- the application has to be accepted in the apple store and i will need to have the whole source code as i will upload it from my account.

- the application should not have bugs

-there is the possibility of further development
