Someone living in Japan to call Waseda University - oDesk

I need a person currently living in Japan to call (by phone) Waseda University.



What I need from Waseda University is a WRITTEN PERMISSION allowing me to republish/reproduce an essay published in one of their publications.



Your job is simply to communicate the request for permission to the person concerned (I will give you leads).



After calling the person concerned, simply email him/her the letter of request for permission that I will give you.



If you can translate the letter into Japanese, it would be a plus.



Most important part of this task is reaching someone from Waseda University who has the authority to grant the permission.



I can't do this on my own because I'm living in another country and it's difficult communicating with them via e-mail (slow response).



This is a simple and urgent task.
