Wordpress install - oDesk

This is second post i have had to post as people are asking me for all sorts of information. That isnt needed and i dont trust them.



I need to install wordpress , not a blog in wordpress, but the full wordpress software from wordpress.org.



I have already set up a database and have all the details ready. I have uploaded the wordpress files into 1and1 but when i search in my url bar for www.victoriajeffstv.co.uk/wp-admin/install.php it does not go to the wordpress login page?



I need someone to load the wordpress files and get me to this wordpress log-in page?



If you can do this, and do this today the job is yours.
