Wordpress right-to-left - oDesk

I'm building a website in the Hebrew language and I'm looking for someone to convert this WP theme into RTL - http://themes.truethemes.net/Sterling/



If you know what you're doing it should take you more than a couple of hours.

Nothing less than a perfect mirrored theme will go through.
