Create an I-phone restaurant review application - oDesk

I am looking for an I-phone app developer who can make my ideas come to life.



What is the project?



I am creating an I-phone app that reviews local restaurants and bars (Ah! what an unique idea! you might be laughing already-). I am targetting a very unique niche market and the app will be very minimal in terms of the contens and user experience it will provide.



What do I have now?



I have pencil-drawn screenshots as well as detail explanations for each screen and item.



How soon do I need the project to be done?



The earlier the better, I am looking for a developer who is efficient in time management and able to beat the deadlines without sacrificing the quality of the project.



How much am I willing to pay?



I am flexible, it will depend upon various factors and I will be more than happy to discuss it in details in the very beginning part of the project. I am what I say I am and true to my obligations and promises and I am also looking for someone who shares the same values in business practices.
