Share/Pay lightbox and JavaScript code lightbox - oDesk

I need a JavaScript lightbox (that CANNOT be closed by the user) installable on all websites with just a snippet of JavaScript (similar to any other website addon, i.e. Meebo Bar, Wibiya)

This lightbox should be triggered on the 11th visit (and all visits after that) in a given month to a specific website by an IP address. (There should be a database of IP addresses that records the number of visits of each IP to specific websites to keep track of when to show the lightbox. Also, there should be a database of IP addresses that have shared/paid and for which sites in order to exempt them from being shown the lightbox).

The share buttons (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and “[your-domain.com]” should reflect the URL the lightbox is currently on. The share buttons need to make sure the user has not only clicked the share link but actually shared the current link in order to remove the lightbox from being shown.

The pay now PayPal button should use PayPal to allow a visitor to send $5 to [email] and record the email address captured in the webform on [website] somewhere on the payment form hidden from the user (to faciliate further payment to site owner).

Be sure to include a link back to [website] on the [website] logo.

Also needed: a working version of the lightbox (that looks like the picture on [website]) to demo how the lightbox works on the [website] site.



[website] homepage:

A webform is needed to collect email addresses (optional) (the current form is a Wufoo form meant for demonstration purposes) and provide users with the JavaScript code (for the above lightbox) to embed on their website. Get JavaScript button: #046416 background color with white text “Get JavaScript”

Once the “Get Javascript” button has been pressed for a site owner to get [website] lightbox code for their own site, a lightbox (Please note this is NOT THE SAME lightbox as before) should pop up with the appropriate JavaScript code for the Share/Pay lightbox including email information in order to facilitate the above payment transaction.
