Wordpress auto-post plugin/ Content Mangement - oDesk

I would like a wordpress plugin that will automatically create a post for every file that is in a particular folder. This plugin should allow me to assign a folder to a category and post based on the date of the file.



Every file is named: cat_slug.MM-DD-YYYY.mp3

example: Category 1's slug is titled: radio_show



if this file was recorded on May 15, 2012 then it is named:



radio_show.05-15-2012.mp3



So the plugin should create a new post for category: radio_show and date it May 15, 2012

I would also like the plugin to assign a thumbnail to each category and attach it to each post. The title should be: cat_slug - MM-DD-YYYY

The admin panel should allow me to assign the folder to each category and thumbnail. Upon installation, it should scan the folder for each category and create wordpress posts if there are files already in that category (I will be starting with 1 category with about 200 files already there, so it should be able to create posts for those files).



If this plugin will be running with CRON, I need the CRONJOB to run once every hour.
