Printing webpages from iOS Safari - oDesk

Hi,

We have a web application which allows users to fill in medical forms online. This web application will only be used on an iPad. We want to give the user ability to print those forms from the iPad using AirPrint.

Problem with medical forms is that each page is crammed with fields and data all the way from the top to the bottom. The forms currently exist as HTML. They display perfectly fine on the iPad Safari. But when we print it from Safri, it leaves 1 inch margins at the top and the bottom. Which causes our html content to run over to the next page.

What we want is to not leave any top/bottom margins so that we can use the valuable space for the content itself.

Take this simple html page http://antiqueceilingfan.org/samplehtml.html (scroll all the way to the bottom to see the text there)

When you print this page from the iPad, it will print the bottom two lines on the second page. Also notice the extra margins it has left on the top and bottom of the paper. If we can somehow reduce the margins, all data will be printed on the same page.

This assignment is to do whatever you gotta do (CSS/HTML/Javascript) in order to make the printout fit in one page. without the top margins.

Let me know if you guys have any questions regarding this.
