US Case Law Research Specialist - oDesk

I need someone who can find me cases under State of PA law where:



1. The husband has a brain injury and child custody has been decided in the mother’s favor and husband was only allowed supervised visits.



2. The court has decided in the mother’s favor for custody over her child because of father's psychological incapacity.



Cases must involve a court ordered neuro-psychological test on the part of the father.



An example would be like this one in NJ (but I want cases that happened in PA):
