99designs for animation - oDesk

i am looking for a web developer for a website like 99designs.com,to outsource your animation needs...what i am targeting here is a very niche market and where everything is based on outsourcing.Right now,i already have a marketplace website coming up,where you can outsource to people near you and offer money/rewards in return.



I am looking for someone who is willing to do it for equity.I don't want to pay for it right now ,because the money that I have can be used to market it and to pay for the servers,i am actually seeking a tech cofounder and you will hold a good amount of equity in it.I can put it in the contract that you will be paid as the CTO..once we raise money...or start generating revenue.
