Amazon customer service email and negative feedback negotiation expert - oDesk



We are ecommerce retailer selling on ebay, amazon and many other channels, currently we are facing growing tickets and RMA issues on Amazon, also, along with sales growing, negative feedback growing too



This job required experienced professional knows how to deal with tough customer, use what company can offer to attract customer remove negative feedback via phone call (it's much faster and efficient, and higher successful rate then email ) and email



Also, need to handle all type customer inquiry via email (we dont have phone # for customer to phone in, so, only some negative feedback customer need to make call out)



Most customer inquiries have templates can follow, since most of our item are quite simple, no technical issue



However, we will prefer qualified candidate can be serving this job in US day time, especially after lunch time until 9, 10pm (PDT) is the most busy time to deal with customer inquiry also best time to call/deal with customer if necessary



We will provide bonus and incentive for negative removal, and maintain account on good standing besides the hourly rate candidate proposed



Qualification:



Fluent in both oral and written english, sample works are required

Undersntad and familar with amazon seller central operation (we dont use ticket system, since many customer inquiry need to refer to order details in seller central)

professional customer attitude and service passion

At least 3-5 year marketplace customer service experience



This is a temp to permanent position, along our business growing, we will also need to serve customer outside US like canada, UK, France, Germany etc
