Basic Rails Billing/Invoicing Web App for Commercial Laundromat - oDesk

Would like a basic Rails web app built for billing for a commercial laundromat. The app would have a few simple models (customers, items, invoices) and views that allow for entering/editing customers, entering # of items of each item-type processed in a given month, a time period for which the invoice is processed and the ability to generate/print invoices in CSV format. An intermediate-level Rails developer should be able to knock it out in 15-20 hours end-end with a detailed spec provided by me.
