Hi



I want to build a website to help rural enterpreneurs get access to philanthropic investors. For my website i will require the following functionalities:



-separate logins for investors and entrepeneurs

- capability for enter to post their projects either by typing directly to the website or by uploading doc/pdf files

- all project listings should have an abstract that investors can look at. By clicking the abstract the details of the projects will be displayed.

- capability for investors to request contact details of entrep

- database for projects - trackable by sector, region, entrepen

- keyword search

- newsletter and the capability to subscribe to newsletters

- a payment portal to manage admin expenses
