Change pen tool text inside adobe illustrator logo - oDesk

I have a logo with an image inside a pen tool text

I need the text changed from DOWNHILL to GO BIG, layers are all separate should be an easy and quick task. I'll email you the ai file but I need it back in the same format with all the layers still intact. I need this done before Sunday 5pm pacific time. Professionals only, need this done fast! Absolutely no upfront!
