COnversion from Excel to Access (database) by vegia

I have a list of locations listed by State in different pages of an Excel file. I need the entries to be rearranged and listed in an access file (or other database format) where they can be searched by category, address, name, etc... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Data Entry, Data Processing, Excel)
