Hi,
I'm looking to create an app for my mortgage business.
I really like the ING Direct - Loan Kit mobile app for it's simplicity and look.
I'm wondering if it's relatively easy to go and copy it somehow.
To be perfectly honest, in time I'll want to develop applications more detailed to include things such as extra repayments, amortisation, comparisons, savings and a host of other features such as cost to purchase, capital growth, etc etc - so very detailed and complex. There are some good ones out there atm such as 'tap mortgage' ; mark money ; cash flow calculator ; building assets ; money smart etc etc, but all of them, whilst ok, have elements missing. For example, none of the compound interest calculators factor in tax and time of payment of tax on interest earned to make a more accurate determination - you get my drift. So in that sense, there is more they can do to produce an accurate result, but it's not being done effectively if that makes sense?
For now though, I would just like to know what it might cost to create an application similar to ING Direct - Loan Kit or tap mortgage etc ..
If you are replying to this, I really do need to stipulate that you need a solid understanding of this field and you need to demonstrate your experience.
Thank you kindly.
