Experienced Project manager, budgeting, hiring (independent) - oDesk

hi we intend to hire a project manager to run a few projects on his own, only coming back to report on milestones achieved. this pm will be very independent in maintaining the projects, he will have autonomy in decisions provided it sticks to requirements and budgets. He has to sign NDA.



-follow up on projects

-set and keep to deadlines

-harness sets of skills from current employees or manage hiring

-facilitate conversations between partners

-schedules meetings

-plan project according to budget, stick to budget
