File conversion - short term project - oDesk

We need someone skilled with data parsing / data manipulation to convert manufacturing bills of materials from our old system format to our new system format. In the old format, multiple components can be on the same line. In the new format, each component is on its own line. See the attached file for an example of the input format (old system) and required output format (new system). Estimated number of lines of input data is 10,000. You may do the work using a parsing program (preferred) or using manual data manipulation. Even with a parsing program some manual data manipulation and error checking may be necessary. This is a fixed price short term contract.
