5 Days per week - 2 hrs per day



12-15+ Relevant threads per hour.



Threads to be variable in length but must be on topic.



4 week trail period - must make contact at least one per week via email or skype.



Assessment will be done by how engaging the threads become in our community.



If all goes well - more work may be offered.



Starting rate will be $5.00 per hour - which may be improved after trial period depending on quality and commitment to excel in trial period.
