GPS - Commercial Add Tracking - oDesk

To whom may concern,



I am looking for an app developer to make a IPAD (Preferred) or Droid Tablet

application that when I play AD marketing Commercials it will sync with the GPS on the

IPAD when passing the Commercial Ads locations.



For example if I was in my car and driving past a restaurant that specific AD would play

on my Ipad or Droid Tablet.
