We need to get an idea of cost to create an application very similar to "AlgebraPrep: Factoring" by Pearson, Inc. There are several apps in this AlgebraPrep line by Pearson, but all are basically the same in functionality (AlgebraPrep: Expressions, AlgebraPrep: Exponents, etc.) They include: lesson explanation, practice tests, mini tests, scoring, review of lessons, and video explanations. All static graphics and videos would be supplied. Need cost to take our content from a different subject and make a functional app (eventually series of apps).
