Joomla 1.5 simple structure - oDesk

I am a designer and a coder but I have never used php or Joomla.



I need a Joomla 1.5 site backend structure which i can modify later.



You need to do:



1. Navigation menus: Main menu with submenu + footer menu (image attached)

2. Div element that is different in all linked pages (image attached)



- > Site that works with the menus and links. No need for css or anything like that. Just a simple wireframe.



I need it fast. in 24 hours.
