Logo design for medical company - oDesk

I require someone who can draw. and digitally manipulate.



I would like my logo to be a unique version of the "caduceus" symbol commonly used in the medical industry. The two snakes wrapped around a staff, with wings



It should be include a range of colors, and should portray a feeling of realism. The design should be understated but detailed.



The logo should be suitable for use on the website and all types of stationary i.e. letterheads, emails signature, business cards etc.
