Magento Shipping Help - oDesk

I have built a store in MagentoGo but am having problems setting up my shipping options. I want to include a table rate, with the basic information of 3 weights (500g, 1kg, and 1.5kg) to UK, EU, USA and Rest of World. I know what I want my rates to be, but can't seem to get Magento to recognise my csv table...?



I ONLY want applicants who know how to do this. It is a simple job and will take no longer than 1 hour (if you know how to do it!)



I have attached the CSV file (which Magento exported as a blank file) and I filled in some information. As it will not allow regions as above, I selected English speaking countries within the above zones, but it wouldn't even import those? I need to sort this ASAP as I am currently only able to ship to the UK, and its either flat rate or free...



MagentoGo support are a waste of time.
