Make the text larger on my PDF file and reupload to my wordpress website - oDesk

Hi



I have a restaurant menu in PDF format. I need you to make the text larger so when it is printed in A3 the writing on the menu can be viewed. Please see attached. I will need you to reupload onto my website which can be access via FTP only.
