Mobile design needed for mapping site - oDesk

We are looking for a designer who can look at our current site and create the following:

1. HTML5 templates for better viewing on mobile browsers

2. Iphone app design

3. Android app design



Optionally, if you can create the Iphone and Android app, we'd be interested.



The site involves extensive mapping functions and multimedia. In the HTML version, since we can't upload directly from the browser, we'll need a good work-around to enable users to send media through other methods.
