Need app for dating site - oDesk

I have already built the website using socialengine, but now I need the app. The website is a dating website.



What the app needs to be able to do:

1. access the same user database that my dating website has

2. allow chatting

3. allow automatic search of other mobile users nearby, using the user's current location

4. There are other aspects to the app, such as a sign in process and a forum, but that can be discussed later.
