Need help getting contact form to work by fallafel

I have a contact form layout on html and need the submit php form to be made. I must stress that the layout must stay the same and the form must be submitted without leaving the page. I can get the source code for $13 so will only pay $7.00 to have it made... (Budget: $3-$10 NZD, Jobs: AJAX, HTML, jQuery / Prototype, PHP)
