Need SEO for 10 Websites with 15 keywords each - oDesk

I need SEO for 10 websites, each are about 1 year old. Each site has 15 keywords each.

These are the terms I need:



Must get the 15 keywords for each site to the first page of google (any position 1-5) within your first month of starting.



Must give a monthly fee to maintain rankings, Paid only at the end of the month after work is complete and I have verified the keywords rank.



Must give a fixed monthly price, will not pay hourly



I will not pay upfront, you must prove you can rank the sites and you will be paid your monthly payment for all 10 sites only at the end of the month after work is complete and I have verified the keywords rank.



Must use only whitehat, legal means for SEO



must have previous positive SEO experience
