Ongoing SEO Keyword Researcher - oDesk

Hi there,



I'm looking for someone who can do a marriage keyword research with 150+ keyword phases.



These keywords must have strong "Buyer Intent".



They would fall into THREE types which are Crisis Keywords, Product/Author Names keywords and Marriage/Divorce Niche Keywords.



*Crisis Keywords is something like, Stop/Cure/Fix/Prevent/Fast.

I would like to have minimum 60% of these 150 keywords are Crisis Keywords.



*Product/Author Names would be collected from the Marriage/Divorce products from Clickbank with minimum 25 gravity. My main product is "Save My Marriage Today". I need 4 other products.



*Marriage/Divorce Niche Keywords is about this niche's relative profitable keywords. I only need 10% out of 150 keywords for this type of keywords.





p.s. I would prefer if you are good at looking for keywords from Yahoo, Niche Forums, or any other community sites such as Experience Project. I DON'T need you to use any keyword tool to conduct the competition analysis.



All keywords must have minimum 250+ monthly "EXACT" search volume (I would double check each one with Google Adword "Exact" function and my keyword tool, I don't want to have a bunch of random keywords with no search volume or don't match the Marriage niche.)



Please check the attached templete and I only need you to fill the Keywords, Global Monthly EXACT search volume and Approximated CPC $.
