Things that I need you to know how to do, use and already have access to:

1. Either Robosoft or PAD software worker or Ideas Beta PAD Submitter and have used one of these software before.



2.Have a track record of creating Legitimate PAD links before. I will supply you with a list of software sites as well. But will pay you more if you can get accepted for harder websites such as download.com



* I require an excel sheet report of URL & login details (if given) of those links built and the PR for each of them.



What I'm looking for:

- An expert link builder who has and can use these tools.

- No On-page SEO needed...And I WILL provide you with the link building strategy. You will only have to help me implement it through link building only.
