Prestashop changes by TiaID

I have some links in my cms block (which is inactive) that I want to have under my horizontal menu with the menu title "Informatie" ( = information ) I need someone who can realize this for me (Budget: €30-€31 EUR, Jobs: CMS, PHP, Prestashop)
